TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit or debit card.
All payments by credit or debit card are managed by Stripe. HARPER & BROOKS never store or transfer any credit card information, and you can pay safely with your debit or credit card. HARPER & BROOKS use external payment gateways for all e-commerce, with secure encryption and complaint with strict banking regulations. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There are no fees for card payments.

DELIVERY
We offer worldwide shipping through DHL and Bring. Products are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis in Norway and within the European Union, meaning that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final checkout-price. Outside EU local taxes and / or duties may come in addition.
Normal delivery time is 2-10 days from purchase. DHL / Bring will collect your phone number and e-mail address for delivery purpose and notify you when the package is on its way as well as the expected delivery time. If you won't be home at the delivery day you are able to change it as well as choosing a pick-up point for the package to be delivered to. Any uncollected packages will be sent in return to us. PRICING AND DEVIATIONS
Prices include VAT when ordering to countries inside the EU and to Norway. Orders to countries outside the EU area (except Norway) may be subject to VAT and customs duty in your homeland. HARPER & BROOKS does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU area.
Harper & Brooks ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
HARPER & BROOKS has the right to adjust prices, impose additional costs and change product information, such as product images and offers without prior notice.
The product information and images on www.harperandbrooks.com provide the best possible description of the products. HARPER & BROOKS reserves the right to any error that may occur on the website and cannot guarantee that the color, size and/or text of the product as shown on the website are exactly similar to the product as delivered to Consumer. The images may vary depending on the color settings on your PC. All photos must be seen as illustrations and do not guarantee the correct reproduction of appearance or functionality.
COMPLAINTS AND WITHDRAWAL
It is important that the customer checks their goods when the shipment is received in order to verify that the products are correct and not damaged. If you receive your item and see that you have been sent the incorrect item or it is damaged, please contact us within fourteen (14) days.
Any complaints should be made to our customer service team via mail info@harperandbrooks.com, or through our contact form on our website. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you promptly with instructions on how to return the item.
It is important that the returning product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged in transit and the security tag attached to the strap buckle must not be removed. The customer is entitled to a refund of the shipping cost if the product suffers a manufacturer fault which will be decided by HARPER & BROOKS on receipt of the returned product. HARPER & BROOKS has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen (14) days. This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as it was received and the security tag attached to the strap buckle must not be removed. Customers using their right to return order should complete the returns and exchanges section of the website. The order number and customer’s email address that was used to order will be required. In cases where the order already has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
PRIVACY
The personal details as provided by Consumer for the placing of an order will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
HARPER & BROOKS owns all intellectual property rights related to the product.
LIABILITY
As far as permitted by law, HARPER & BROOKS excludes all liability for any damages incurred by Consumer if the product ordered by Consumer is not available and/or delivered (on time). HARPER & BROOKS has no direct or indirect responsibility for, for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
HARPER & BROOKS’ liability will be limited to the maximum amount of the purchase price of the concerning product.
FORCE MAJEURE
HARPER & BROOKS shall not be liable if a contract cannot be implemented, or is prevented or delayed by circumstances reasonably beyond our control. Causes of claiming Force Majeure include, but are not limited to, acts of God, fires, explosions, wars, riots, strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, poor transportation or weather conditions, lack of delivery from suppliers, sabotage, terrorism, and vandalism.
GOVERNING LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
These Term & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any and all disputes arising from the Terms & Conditions will be submitted to the competent court of Oslo, Norway.
