CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order after it is completed, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible, as the packages ships out consecutively. Harper and Brooks does not cover the return cost for a wrongly placed order by you.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE CURRENCY?

To change to your preferred country and currency, you simply click on the currency bar on the top right of our page. You may only choose the currency of the country you are shipping to.


HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

If you are lucky to have received a discount code, this may be applied at check out. Simply tick the box for “Enter a gift card or promo code” and type in the given code. You will be able to see the price change on your order when this is applied.


DOES THE STRAP FIT TO MY WATCH?

We offer straps for sale that fit all our watch cases. This includes all the 28 MM, 32 MM and 40 MM models.

If you wish to swap your strap, you can easily do this yourself. Simply press down the small metal bars on the inside of the strap, and it will loosen from the watch.
